    Your problem sounds ignition related. Can you swap parts off of a known good vehicle. If not, can you get it to miss by power braking(left foot on brake and give it gas while in drive. P-brake on also). If you can do this then the chances of finding it with someone else watching the plug wires...

    I highly recommend doing a power balance test. Pull one spark plug wire at a time and figure out which cylinder is the culprit. Then deal with that cyl.
