    Heated/auto-darkening mirror repair

After all the help you guys have given me, I'm glad to finally have the opportunity to give something back. My passenger sideview mirror stopped darkening a couple weeks ago. After going through all the obligatory threads on Toyota forums about whether I was even imagining that it darkened in...

    200-series vs 100 series handling...am I imagining things?

I don't know, RB...during my time in Pittsburgh I hit 100K on the clock, so I can't say it was new car bias, and my 200-series is at 95K now. As an example of how well the 100 handled for me, there was this one time (in band camp) that my entire family was in it, and we ended up behind a...

    200-series vs 100 series handling...am I imagining things?

In the early 2000's I owned a 100-series, and it seemed to me that that model handled like a dream. And I lived in Pittsburgh at the time, which as anyone who's been there knows, is ALL curves and twisty roads. I drove that thing like Dale Earnhardt, day after day, up and down those hills and...

    Brad Harmer/Imports Plus

I've seen a few comments about Brad here. I feel like a lot of these small guys tend toward the older model LC's that owners are tricking out for all sorts of specialty apps, but I'm hoping he's the right guy for my 2013 200-series as well. I don't mind driving down to Columbus for the right...

Cleveland Area Cruisers - Northeast Ohio…

Happy to participate in any CLE-based get-togethers. Just picked up a 2013 200-series. Also interested in any opinions on local Toyota dealerships. Yelp doesn't paint a promising picture. I've always done all my own work on my motorcycles and my S2000, but I'm not overly excited about...

The mystery of the missing AUX jack

Okay, some googling yielded an explanation. Apparently Entune can't understand more than 255 files in a single directory, for whatever reason. The solution I read in a Tundra forum stated that dividing the total number of files into a bunch of directories/folders with no more than 255 files in...

The mystery of the missing AUX jack

Phuckit, after a week or so I noticed I'm hearing a LOT of the same songs over and over. There are well over three thousand tracks on my USB drive, but when I go through the LC's file explorer, all it shows me are 255. Are you experiencing the same thing?

The mystery of the missing AUX jack

And that's the solution: use a USB drive. Works like a charm, although with a lot of songs, it takes a while for the LC's drive to get everything organized and start playing after the ignition's energized. Still, a great solution and no longer needing to charge the players is GREAT! Thanks...

For Sale 200-Series OEM Tow Hitch Cover

I can't imagine this would still be available, but I'm interested if it is. Just discovered that the 52169-60190-C0 P/N's been discontinued, and my LC came without it.

The mystery of the missing AUX jack

See? That's weird to me that they'd remove it and then put it back. A different player might do the trick as well, but I'm very fond of these little Sanso players; they're inexpensive, durable as heck, and clip to anything. Just received my 64GB thumb drive and I'm loading my music library on...

The mystery of the missing AUX jack

And there's definitely no AUX jack. The head unit doesn't offer an AUX function. There IS a tiny hole next to the USB port, but that appears to just be there to accept a male protrusion on the cover, so it stays closed. Maybe that's what you saw.

The mystery of the missing AUX jack

I ordered a USB thumb drive for just this purpose earlier today in the hope that that's an option. Do you know if I'd lose the ability to shuffle the tracks with this approach? I suppose I could shuffle the file order on the drive to overcome that if required.

The mystery of the missing AUX jack

Hi, my first post, so go easy on me... I can't stomach commercials in any form, so I listen to music exclusively from a 64GB MP3 player with ~6,000 songs (and growing) on it. While it has BT capability, it's a PITA to use with the LC since BT has to be re-enabled each time it's powered up...
