    all so stay away from strowsky overdrive transfere cases pos have one that was in fj55 broke 3 times driving from cal to maine!!

    if you need frame spec's go get a toyota chassis and body manual my manual says 45.5" center hole to center hole hope that helps.

    i had same problem it was a intake leak i found by running the eng. and spraying carb cleaner on vac lines and intake gasket and listen for rpm change.

    pre 72 fj40 will fit but the early 1960s have a "u"bolt type mount to colum box and later years had 4 bolts.
