I'm really struggling to find the pressure feed line for the power steering on my JDM 92 FZJ80. The hard line near the banjo fitting cracked. If anyone can help out or source one I would appreciate it.
This is the question I want answered as well.. im running 4.88's with 37s, but usually cut mine off at 2500rpm because as tigerstripe40 mentioned, it sounds like its going to explode. I only hit around 50 to 55mph usually and I call it quits there.
Its a common color to respray on these rigs, but I know I bought this one with another one that was in Idaho at one point, so it is possible that it was also there. These are pictures of the rig I bought with the blue one that @Aussie Alaskan has now. These pictures from 1997, I'm not certian...
Having the same issue as the one who started this thread with my '76 FJ40.. all lights work except turn signals. I tested a few things already, including the "GL" wire that is mentioned in a service manual I have.
If this wire pictured is the GL wire (green-light purple), i get around 8 volts...

My issue was solved tonight. I tested my motor with a battery and it worked just fine in both speeds. I ended up choosing to wire it to an on and off switch, with one speed. I suppose I can wire a different switch in later that has an additional mode for low speed. All I needed to do was put...
Did you ever figure it out? I am having the same issue with my '76. The wiper motor is receiving power (measured at the bottom left pin/wire on the female connector, corresponding to the bottom right pin on the motor). I still need to see if it runs when isolated from the vehicle.
