Are there many folks here who also love riding mountain bikes in addition to their cruiser addiction?
It would be fun to have a weekend morning sometime at an area trail for a cruiser meetup/trail ride/beers.
For people interested in the MD side of the Beltway, I’d suggest Crownsville’s Bacon...
78 fj40 was driving alright, then got backed up a driveway and parked in reverse. Now it won’t shift out of reverse. Stick won’t go back into the reverse gate, but will move side to side.
Any ideas appreciated.
Not mine, looks promising, wish I had $/time/space.

I was heading out of Manhattan in my red 60 friday evening and got passed by a sharp looking 40 heading toward the GW bridge. It was white with a black soft top and the plate said alpine21 or something like that. Does that sound like one of ours? Would a little 'cruiser wave' been so...

What are the emissions laws of NY/NYC like?
I need a new air rail for the...
Well just found out that my head is cracked. What is the best course of action....repair, replace, etc? I'm sure there are other variables to consider as well....heck maybe somebody has a good one just laying around?
TIA!
Getting started tearing into the headgasket project this weekend. This is the "bus barn" of a local school district. It is toasty in here! Sorry for the crappy pics, I just snapped 'em with my phone!
Toyota said they could have it for me tomorrow if I order by 3pm CST today.
60 bucks for just the headgasket.
230 for the full deal, intake, exhaust, valve, etc.
Should I get the full deal or should I expect everything else to be reuseable if I just get the headgasket?
What about the...
