I'll get some interior shots this afternoon after I load up the moving truck. I'm in Mesa and I forgot about the front. I still need to put in the other headlight, but the grill and everything is back in. The top was removed for some open top fun, but is back on now.
Welcome :flipoff2:
I'll be up there in CS this time next month, hope to at least have my front spooled by then and find some nice trails. Nice 'Runner, how's the liner on the inside working out?
Just giving what I got when I came here... a salute!

Welcome aboard and while AZ has good areas to wheel, I can't wait 'til I move to Colorado next month!
A bit off topic but while on TC's website I saw this nifty video. Here's a link for anyone that wants to kill a few minutes watching a Nissan Xterra tear it up both romper and crawler style (first half), and some Toy action for the last half. If you like Rob Zombie, crank the volume...
I know that early Hondas have a quirky issue with the main relay that is tempature related. Not sure if Nissan may have the same deal or not. I'd say on the next cold day that you have free, get a test light and start checking the starting circuit... even easier if you have a friend help turn...
Owned a few honda cars, a few acuras (one auto) and still own a honda bike. The automatics are VERY durable. I neutral-dropped my auto Integra LS from redline at least 30 times at a track trying to blow it up after I heard the autos are weak (plus I had another one that was rebuilt waiting to...
Was that a black Honda Nighthawk behind your truck?
Anyways, I love the tarp idea and wish I had done that when I was swapping motors back in New Mexico during winter. No cover, just a parking lot at my apartment, me, my tools and a hoist.... and 4 inches of snow and wind. Talk about a...
Yeah my friend was over last night and the only thing we could see was making a mount over the upper arms, but after looking into it further, we saw that the wheel well will have to seriously modified to clear a bag so that it does not rub. And for anyone that has not seen a Scorpion, I say...
I'll check monday but I'm sure I can get you another complete 22r for around $400 if you want it. Otherwise I say rebuild it for a few bucks more. BTW, I'm in east mesa if you ever need a hand, I'm on vacation and have some free time. AND if you do go with the swap, I want that exhaust if...
Mesa, AZ. Yeah there are a ton of places here all within 50 miles of the Phx Metro area. For me, I have a small area that is maybe 1.5 miles away. Nothing fancy or hard, more like a test area. Some narrow rocky stuff, a couple loose dirt hills with the usual staggered pits (tough if no...
I have to agree that having bullet-proof parts is great, but things do wear and break over time. So it all depends on what your budget allows and what you can afford to maintain.
Ok, so while getting ready for our relocation (boxing and storing non-essentials), I found some old airbag equipment from my last mini project. I know Scorpion uses them. Same principal as mounting the bag to the 4-link in the rear of a mini to get crazy lift and still lay frame. So this got...
