I did something similar to the above.
I taped off the straight edges, then used a crayola crayon to color all over the raised shiny surfaces.
After spray painting and allowing the paint to cure, I used a razor blade (held at a 45 to the surface) and removed the paint from the letters. The...
Built these speaker boxes for the rear. They are made of MDF, hold 6.5" speaker, and have small amount of storage under the lid. The angle of the speaker face points towards the front driver/passenger.
I was facing the same problem with where to mount my front speakers but after listening...
I have a brand new (still in shrink wrap) pair of door stop kits from Spector off-road.
I never got around to installing these and now I have sold my 40.
These retail for $44.50 each at Spector, get them from me $50 for both.
PM if interested, I'll get right back to you.
Jay,
Other than the engine warming up when you run it (the usual), there hasn't been any overheating problems. I've had a lot of interest locally and have a couple of people looking this weekend so I'm not too motivated to move much on the price. Let me know if I can answer any more questions...

So I have the tuffy console from SOR and I constructed a couple of boxes from MDF for the back. They serve as speaker boxes, arm rests for rear passengers, and storage boxes. Honestly, they won't hold much but enclosed space is at a premium especially with the top off.
Here is a shot of...

Thank a lot! I'll be doing this as well.

So the raingutter isn't cheap - $295 (Link - Landcruiser Specialties on the Web)
But I compared that to the SOR cost of a finished top with fiberglass raingutter - $2700 and figured that I would virtually have the same product for a lot less.
Again, I'm not a body work guy but I did a lot...
I am using a fiberglass raingutter and I just posted some information about it that may or may not be useful over on a similar thread.
