Figured it out, problem solved. The Amp for the sound system is under the drivers seat, a piece of gum wrapper (thin piece of paper) worked it’s way in there and was messing with the fan. Was able to stick my arm under the seat and fish it out.
Sooo… little noises bug me, but this is a step above a little noise, you can hear it over the A/C. I need to figure this one out, any thoughts, it sounds like a little Motor or gear mechanism is struggling behind the cd console.
2016 LX570, just got the 115k service a few weeks back.
It won’t...
Ended up going with the 18” Tundra TRD wheels and 275/70/18 Falken AT3’s.
At the tire shop atm for install, pictures coming soon.
Thanks for all the help on this thread!
Has anyone come across and/or thought about putting your spare tire in the trunk of the LC? I was thinking it would be cool to custom fabricate a mount that could take the place of the folded up third row seats.
The 90s Jeep Cherokee have that spare wheel snug against the left side (drivers...
Thanks for the thoughtful response, yep I’ll abandon this idea.

Such a great post.
I’m a new LX570 owner and had my 95k service. Received pictures of all four shocks leaking and a recommended replacement of all four and the front struts/top bolts.
Thankfully members of ih8mud and my Lexus dealership confirmed that the 1-2 inch leak is normal, and do not...

Thanks for the confirmation, that's a relief, guess I'll let them ride for a bit and just keep an eye on them. I plan to bring it back to the Lexus Dealership I purchased from for the 100k mile check, so will have them check then.
Brought my 16 LX570 95k miles to a a local repair shop that specializes in Japanese cars and they recommended I replace both front shocks and struts. & rear shocks.
Don't want to do this repair just yet. I've read that GX460's will leak an inch or two and it's normal wear but not a need to...
