    Figured it out, problem solved. The Amp for the sound system is under the drivers seat, a piece of gum wrapper (thin piece of paper) worked it’s way in there and was messing with the fan. Was able to stick my arm under the seat and fish it out.

    Yea, they were four locking lug nuts we had to cut off as the key was messed up. All good, just bought 4 new ones

    Just a little bit of rubbing when I crank the wheel all the way to the side, so will have to do a little bit of trimming. They look good though!

    Thanks for the confirmation, that's a relief, guess I'll let them ride for a bit and just keep an eye on them. I plan to bring it back to the Lexus Dealership I purchased from for the 100k mile check, so will have them check then.
