Well the only advise i would give is make sure that chasie is rust free cause if its full of cancer then its going to take alot of time effort and $$$ to fix..Panels can always be repaired but the chasie is a different storey..By the looks of that photo iam guesing the chasie would have alot of...

You can always move the diff forward an inch by redrilling the spring perch and move the leafsprings forward into the new holes so that the 35's dont rub on the bottom of the guard where your mudflap would normally be and also hepls your approach angle cause your wheels are futher forward, also...
Yeah mate thats a alloy tray but i think steal is better less bounce and tends to stick to the road better more weight over the rear axle..But on the other hand it wont rust one less thing for me to worry about.Think about a rainy day going around a round about i have to be very careful.:mad...
