3rd year applying Fluid Film after getting the truck. Surface rust is minimal for living in PA.
I usually wash the underside with a 1:3 mix of Simple Green and a power washer. Then let it dry for a day and spray the film.I wish this stuff didn’t smell like dirty old rags 🤣
I get slight better MPG with premium than regular. Tested it a few times, never had a knocking problem tho.
I have a CC that gives me 5% cash back on gas purchases so that mitigates the added cost of premium gas 😬
I had not seen that post before. I’m impressed!
But I would like to keep the same look if possible.
Maybe I can make some sort of guide out of 2x4s and run an angle grinder straight down.
Anyone ever cut their Prinsu or other roof rack wind deflector?
Been thinking about it to make the notch to fit a light bar.
Was thinking it’s doable with an angle grinder but making it perfectly straight might get tricky.
Want to avoid paying for a new one 🤣
Yea exactly. Idk how much time records before filling up the 32GB card but it has a built in feature for accidents and you can also lock a clip with a button - preventing from overwriting.

Can’t go wrong with these. I hated the stock chrome tails and the OEM sport red ones are way too much money. I think these are a good compromise and are very close to an OEM style.
Selling a pair of clear tail lights coming off my 2017 GX460. Only defect is a small light discoloration on the drivers side one, no deep scratches or cracks. All working bulbs.
Located in PA 17404. Ready to ship or get picked up.
Asking $200 + s/h.
Been a while since my last post. Haven’t done too much to the truck. Added F&R dash cams and upgraded tails to Carmarka ones.
Also looking to wrap all chrome parts with satin black but shops are quoting me too high. May end up doing it myself in the fall.
Maybe reach out to a local shop for a quote. I have some experience doing it and mine didn't turn out all that great around the edges. Specially because there isn't a lot of spare material to stretch out.
Thanks! I got it from Login • Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/bluebatoverlays/
Shoot him a DM and tell him @18gx460 sent you.
If I were to do it again, I would buy the vinyl without the amber cut out, apply it then make the cut out myself once it dries. Applying the tiny strip of vinyl...
