Since my last long drive out west last summer, I’ve had this leak in the transfer. I’m now thinking about getting it sorted and trying to figure out where it’s coming from. I’ve driven 1000 miles with it and the fluid level hasnt dropped so I suppose it isn’t too bad.

Nothing new to report on the build front. Just returned from a trip to Wyoming and Montana with the heaviest wheeling this little car has seen yet. Need to repair a bit of fender damage and sort a transfer case leak, then gonna invest in some armor. Still need to get to the mech fuel pump...

Imogene and tbh most of the other trails in the San Juans are DOABLE in a crossover, but it would be a stressful experience with a much higher likelihood of breaking something than in even a stock 4x4. I personally have a proper 4x4 with a mild lift and tires to handle those kinds of roads...
I think they called the light duty 90 series the "Colorado" in the UK. I wish it was marketed as the Prado in the US. I like the name. Means "field" or "meadow" in Spanish or something.
