    Wow - you are correct... evidently the motor is aftermarket. Scott at Montana Jacks has everything you need for this conversion. He has the 24V motor for the 10,000 lb 8274 and the 24v truck contactor as well. Cost me about $515 and worth every penny. Just bought my kit and thank for helping me...

    If you find one I would be interested in one as well for my two 24v BJ's. However I called Warn directly a couple months back and they said they do not make a 24v motor for that winch.... which is a bummer because I bought a 12v 8274 thinking that I could retrofit with a 24v aftermarket motor.

    @John in Utah Dan told me that the 3B water pump/clutch fan centerline is offset from the B... otherwise you have to rework the radiator fan shroud. Thus requiring pull off the 3B water pump, clutch and larger diameter fan and using all B parts.
