What's that rear seat out of?
About two pages of posts ago, not jump seats but a two-place that goes across the back. Looks like you likely had to fabricate mounting brackets also.
'bout ready to finally start wrenching and brakes are an early item on my 4/76. I currently have almost no stopping power, at all. I think I'll just fix/adjust everything back to factory and go from there.

Huge props to @cwags12 for hosting the manuals. They were a bit awkward to use (on my system) as I can only use them online. So, I printed them to a huge .pdf for offline reading pleasure.
Back to the beginning, I have good .pdfs of the Chassis and Body repair manuals from Toyota for the 75-83 year FJ40s. When I get home I'll try to figure out how to get it to you.

Perhaps similar to @Skreddy s picture above, but plate a piece of angle iron over the lip so that it wraps over it somewhat and then tap downwards until straight. Ensure the angle iron is long enough to extend past both sides of the dent. Gently so it doesn't overstress the metal. I'm no...
