    I actually replaced the throttle body. I replaced it maybe 6 months ago with a refurbished eBay unit and it lasted until now. The oem are pricey but hopefully won’t need to mess with it for another 190k

    I would double check that you have the correct transmission(4wd 4l80) for their adapter. I know the 4l60 adapter uses a 2wd transmission. I didn’t do any research on 4l80s so don’t know off the top of my head
