I have a radius fab snorkel on the way.. plan is to also to get their airbox later on. I'm modifying the stock box for now. When I get the intake box I might also have to reroute over the intake tube.. we'll see when that time comes.

I stand corrected though.. was looking through photos since it's been a while since the swap... the output is still vertical, just a shorter straight vertical and not tall...
I used a later year water pump that exits the front vs up top. My hose goes under the intake. That's an option if you ever want to decide to change it later on.

Sorry just saw this... lol.. I think it's more inline off the t-case and I didn't have to cut more out of the trans tunnel to fit the extra mount off the shifter plate..
Pretty much what bhsdriller mentioned and rear discs much easier to work on. I’d rather deal with them than drum brakes. The opportunity presented itself to go this route as well.

Hi Robert. How’s that 80 coming along? Going to try make that Hill Country meet up in May. Missed the last one because of my 02 sensor lol. But she’s been running good since replaced.
