    Fuel Line Question

Howdy All: As part of my 77 FJ40 restoration I replaced the fuel tank. I am using the old hard lines but am replacing the rubber lines since the old ones were trashed. The suction line had a small elbow shaped metal fitting where the rubber line came out of the tank that joined to a rubber...

    Front Bumper Attachments

Hey Guys: Anybody know what these rubber things on the front bumper are called and where I could get them? I bought an aftermarket front bumper for my FJ40 from CCOT and it has two holes that appear to be for these deals. BTW--I grabbed this pic from the interwebs--its not my FJ40. I've...

    Wiper Motor Wiring Question

I had the same thought--that it could be the motor. The vehicle was in really rough shape and not running when I bought it so I don't know if the park switch worked before. Dumb question--ground to the park wire at the switch plug or the motor plug? Thanks! :)

    Wiper Motor Wiring Question

It is grounded as shown in the top of the diagram (from the body of the motor to the frame/body). High and Low settings both work fine. Should it be grounded to one of the connections in the wiper motor plug?

    Wiper Motor Wiring Question

Howdy All. Trying to get the the "park" setting on an FJ40 wiper motor to work. Installed a new wiring harness in my 77 FJ40. Trying to use the old connectors for the wiper motor and switch. I do not have the old harness--just the connectors. They seem to match the description given in other...

For Sale  New Cruiser Corps Aluminum Radiator

Howdy Guys: I have a brand new 3 Core Aluminum Radiator that I purchased from Cruiser Corps at the start of my project. I ended up buying a different radiator for the build (long story) and I've had this one too long to return it. It has a few small dings from being moved around during the...

    FJ40 Windshield Glass Installation Question

I have the replacement glass and the windshield gasket for my 1977 FJ40. I also have the little rope tool everyone uses for windshield installation. Wondering if anyone can give me any tips/info on how the gasket actually goes onto the glass. It is not radially apparent to me which of the...

    Rear Jump Seat Fab?

Been looking around for a set of the small rear jump seats for my 1977 FJ40. There are plenty out there but they ain't cheap. I'm a 40 owner so I'm used to dropping large sums of cash on a regular basis :) still, looking at the relatively simple design of the rear jump seats I have to believe...

Wanted  Rear Wheel Well Jump Seats for 1977 FJ40 with Roll Bar

Howdy All: Looking for a set of rear jump seats for a 1977 FJ40. The ones that sit on the wheel wells. I have a roll bar so I will need the jump seats that fit between the bar's posts. No too concerned about the condition as long as they're serviceable. I can fab up the cushions if all you...
