And here is report #3 of 3. This gives a back-to-back-to-back reading on the same 5.7L V8 engine for:
1. 0w-20 (Red box below) - Shell Rotella Synthetic
2. 0w-20 w/ Marvel Mystery Oil for 500 miles (Purple box below) - Shell Rotella Synthetic
3. 5w-30 (Green box below) - Pennzoil Platinum...
Bought mine used 3 years ago with 157k miles on it. Been doing my own tire rotations since, but apparently the air gun from past owners had taken it's toll.
It's really not a difficult job. Part numbers below if helpful. The OEM black lugnuts are super cheap compared to chrome. Might as well replace those too.

Three of these things is not like the other one…
Replaced all 5 wheel studs on the Front Right wheel. I do all my own 5 tire rotations since I bought the rig, but apparently this wheel had a history of air guns over tightening before I bought it.
There is something to keeping the front part to ensure the radiator gets the proper airflow. Here is how I cut mine:
