I have my instrument cluster out to replace the D bulb and the O/D bulb, but I don't know where the O/D light is on the cluster.
I could poke around and remove bulbs to check, or maybe someone can "enlighten" me. THX Dave
I experienced the same problem, same plug, just a few weeks ago. Let it soak in penetrating oil and be patient. Mine came loose after 4 days soaking and moving it a bit at a time. Good luck!
I have now used a penetrating oil and having it soaking (I only had WD at the time). Thanks for your reply, it gives me hope that it's not cross threaded, just a PITA spark plug.
Seized #7 spark plug (DS, closest to firewall). Replaced the plugs and one is seized. Really tough to move in either direction. Soaked over night in WD40, tried again this morning to re-tighten and only moved about a 1/8 of a turn. I am considering trying the 44K fuel cleaner method mentioned...
I have a '99 and removed the front seats for lubing and cleaning. I had the PS seat bolted down and moved the tracks forward to get access to the worm gear, but did not have the DS bolted down and the tracks became misaligned. Only the LH worm gear has moved. I re-installed to hopefully realign...

Choosing a colour...Help !
I am quite likely going to repaint my '99 100 series a different colour and am considering the Lunar Rock grey.
But how will it look with a beige interior? Not too sure it would work, so I am looking for suggestions.
Most people have suggested to keep it a old...
My truck is now in the shop for painting and I'm trying to confirm the colour code. I do not have the sticker on the door jamb.
The truck is a 1999 UZJ100 and it is "silver" in my eyes, but I want to confirm in order to paint it with the correct colour. It has had two other minor "paint jobs"...
Wow! I'm almost ready to ship my truck to the body shop for paint and this would be awesome for cleaning up the underside. Mine looks similar to the "before" photos. I hope there's someone in Vancouver that can do this at a similar price!!
Hey there, I am in the process of stripping down my '99 Cruiser and getting it ready for painting. I have searched on Mud and discovered the window belt mouldings are a pain to remove without damaging them. DS front door came off pretty easy, but...the others?? (Local Toyota guy said to remove...
