Up for sale is some parts off my LX570. Up for sale is some of the items from my conversion from AHC to normal suspension.
So there a few items for sale. All of the items were installed and removed, so they might have less than 10-15 miles until the diagnosis of an electrical problem in the...
Unfortunately no new developments. I took the pump off the car and it started to make noises like bubbles, completely disconnected. I talked to the people who sold me the pump in MD and they are willing to refund my payment. Thinking of just going for a normal non-hydraulic suspension.
I agree. I tried that this morning and the code 1763 comes up right away when I remove the reservoir fill plug. One thing to note is that when I removed the hardline from the pump I heard alot of bubbles coming from the pump and no fluid coming out of the hardline hole. I think that the system...
First and foremost thanks so much to you and this entire community for the help.
-I have hit the test AHC utility and neither the front or rears go up, even when using the go up with accumulator. I have also turned the car on and hit the Up botton to get the car up before the "check AHC system"...
New Updates: worked and now not working.
1) Installed the new pump and bleed as described. Worked perfectly and the car went up and down. Decided to take it for a stroll and see the drive ability. Perfect. Was ordering the kids some food and playing with the 4Hi and 4 Low and then the infamous...
No but I will def do this once the new pump is here. I am thinking new OEM shocks, new globes and now new pump...almost all the system will be new. But I do think that in another situation I might just have swapped the suspension for the regular Land Cruiser set up. I am sure the work would have...
Well some updates:
Took the AHC pump and disassembled it. It had a lot of particles in the tank and the filters were filthy. I second the need to not remove the filter in the inlet hose when adding AHC fluid. I cleaned the entire motor and put it back together, installed it and now it does not...
I tried to clear the code and as soon as it cleared the system would do the “checking” and quickly thereafter went into “check 4-wheel AHS system”. Hence I could never get the error erased while the car was running.
Turned the car on and quickly pressed the up bottom to raise the car, and as it was on I had tech stream on monitoring the oil pressure readings and recording it. As the error message came up I turned the car off and turned it on again and did this to check the pressure readings.
Ok so did as you mentioned and this is what I got.
1) When I started the car I flipped the switch to raise the vehicle and the oil pressure reading only went up to about 1.5, as I kept doing this the pump would cycle and the readings would fluctuated from 0.5 to 3.0 at the highest level. I think...
Good info. I finally got to the Suspension Control Pump Accumulator nipple and bleed it. Barely any fluid came out. I am now charging the battery to full power before I try again. I will go ahead and once connected the battery I will see what if any code I get. Also to note that when I bleed the...
