    Oh also I think you’re on the right track with timing and carb tune. In my experience 9 mpg is a bit low. There’s a good YouTube video showing how to do a “lean drop” carb tune that I’ve had success with previously. These steps could help with the backfiring, low MPG, and the rough starts. Cheers!

    Still available! I'm now offering it for $22k with an ARB front bumper and Roofnest Falcon XL included. Also, the ripped driver's seat cover has been replaced, the oil was changed last week, and the airbags will be repaired next week. This could be your Land Cruiser!

    Some of you will already know this but... I'm selling Treebeard. This truck gave me so much and it helped me to learn that I want to be on the road much more often. Unfortunately, this just isn't the right vehicle for that kind of life, especially since I've never been able to fit into it...

    It’s definitely the original single-stage paint. It’s thin all over although I’ve thickened it up in a couple of spots with 2k primer and touch-up paint.
