Looking for a 40 series troopy - preferably a project truck but not a rust bucket. Anyone know of anything for sale somewhat close to Dallas, TX?
Chris
Looking for an FJ45 cab. Can be either RHD or LHD - no preference. Would like to have the back panel and top as well. I prefer something not totally rusted out.
Let me know if you guys have anything.
Thanks.
Chris
This is a very hard to find model as it has hydraulic brakes on it. There is no rust through in the bed. Someone previously modified it and added a rear tailgate. Asking $1200.

The civilian version of the old army / military jeep trailers. It is in very good condition considering its age. There are a couple of small rust areas but nothing major. It has the single tail light on the driver side and a drop down tailgate. The safety chains look original but the hitch does...

I am looking for a 45 cab with a removeable top. I'm looking to build an extended cab 45 with a custom bed. Anybody have one laying around that they'd be willing to let go of?
Chris
I am seriously considering selling my Aussie spec FJ45. I imported this truck (legally) and have owned it for over three years. I'm 6'7" and it isn't exactly comfortable to drive. It's tolerable, but the cool factor tends to wear off quickly. So, instead of letting it sit in the driveway unused...
I just installed new TRE's and the castle nut on the left end is well past the cotter pin hole. I torqued the nut to 65 lb.-ft. and the picture shows what I am talking about. Did I torque this nut too much or do I need to add some type of spacer between the TRE and the nut?
I'm looking for a brake master cylinder reservoir for a 1981 BJ42 (Aussie spec). The outlet prong on mine has a crack running the length of it. It's probably been there for a while now, but I don't trust it. Anybody have one for sale? PM me!

I have 5 old 32x11.5R15 Sport King A/T's for sale that I bought from a fellow member a while back. The tires are over 10 ten years old, but have some life left in them. They are mounted on a set of Progressive 5 spoke wheels. I have the four center caps - two closed face caps for the rear and...
Can someone tell me what the ID is on the hose coming out of the master cylinder reservoir? I know I can get bulk hosing from any auto parts store, but I don't trust some of these jokers behind the counter. I'd like to know exactly what I am looking for.
This is on a BJ42.
Will a stock, naturally aspirated 3B in my '81 BJ42 have enough power to push 35" tires? Ideally I would have a turbo, but that's not in the budget right now. I originally thought about going with 33"s until I could afford the turbo, but that doesn't make much financial sense to me. Can I get...
Can anyone tell me what extended brake hose will work on an '81 BJ42? I am installing my 4" Hell Creek lift soon and need to grab some longer frame to axle hoses. I searched and found that BH38009 (Raybestos) or 38009 (NAPA) will only work for 40 series thru 8/80. What about for those of us with...
to relocate an early bronco hardtop from College Station to Dallas. Anyone out there willing to lend me their trailer this weekend or know where I can rent one? I only need it on Saturday. The top measures about 5' wide and 7' long. I can leave a security deposit if required.
