Looking for the part number for a piece of plastic that snaps between the front and back rubber molding in the roof channel of my 2001 LX470. This small cover piece is missing on one side, leaving three bolts exposed. I want to find this piece so I don't have any water leakage. See photos below...

This is for a tailgate light with no spoiler. There are two rubber grommets on the inside of the tailgate. When I remove them, I see what look like bolts on a post, but I am not sure what type of wrench I need to get it unscrewed. See photos
Can somebody help me figure out how to remove the third brake light housing on the top of the tailgate on a 2001 LX470? Mine is cracked and water is leaking through it down the back window, but I can't seem to figure out how to get it off to replace it.
Here is a pretty simple one...
For some reason, the previous owner removed the dead pedal. Bought one off ebay for $24 including shipping and threw it in there today. Cheap trim to fit weather tech floor mats cost me $25 at Costco for front and backs and they match the gray interior nicely.
Timing belt and fuel pump replaced - Check!
Fluids flushed - Check!
New tires - Check!
