I have installed an aftermarket under the dash heater/defrost unit and I have purchased a used OEM windshield frame that does have the proper cut outs.
I still need to paint it and finish the install.

My rig is a South American spec vehicle and does not have defrost or heat. I have been slowly fixing this. The next step in this puzzle is the correct windshield frame that has the cut outs in it that allow defrost.
