I wanted to give the Goodyear's another shot, and I had got my original Duratracs at a Goodyear location. However, talking with the location by me they refused to work on a rig with spacers and they just seemed like they were going to be a pain to deal with. I've always had good experience at...
I have some Duratracs in a 275/70/18 that are reaching EOL. Ideally I'd like to go a little larger, but know that about the max size I can probably fit in the OEM spare on my 200 is a 34.5.
I'm getting a bit lost in the mix of both tire options and available sizing. As much as I'd like to...
No doubt on all of that - the biggest issue I've had is Grom not holding onto the 'screen' during phone calls with AA. While it's good they finally allowed using the OEM BT connection (better mics), invariably the GROM ends up reverting to the OEM phone screen and unfortunately with AA and the...
Interesting - I have a 2010 LX, didn't think there were any changes between those years and I don't get any sense of capacitive, just a resistive screen.
For your sound issue have you checked iOS profiles and then the GROM system sound settings (main GROM screen-> menu in upper left), as well...
Interesting- good feedback on mismatched sizes. Didn't know about the recommended size differences. I'd been leaning toward the 285/75r18, so one size up from yours- and I guess a 'smaller' 35.
You happy with 34s?
Fair...that's what I've been doing, so would be getting a bit more out of this one.
You're right on the tire pulley- don't know if it was shop or what, but had one seize on me and replaced it. Definitely would have been worse in field.
I mean in the realm of 'stupid' - how horrible would it be to just keep one of my current 33s under there and then just replace the 4 and rotate them instead of all 5? Current tires still have a bit of tread, definitely aren't bald etc.
@tbisaacs How tight is the 295 in spare location? Looks like difference between these two sizes is actually pretty minimal (0.5" in diameter difference, so 0.25" on the radius)
