You're out of luck on the 2020 LC. The factory option has been discontinued for 2019+. There aren't any part numbers listed as compatible either. 3rd party is the only option.
If one wants map updates for 2012-2015 LC... this is an alternative route than a dealer.

It's about who you talk to and what "update" means to them.
Talking to the service advisor will take you down a path of head unit firmware.... Which doesn't happen very often, if ever. Thus, no surprise for them to say "no updates"
However, talking to the parts person will take you down a path...
Gotcha - yup that's the remote roll down / up feature which can be enabled via Techstream. This enables all window roll down when the key is held in the unlock position in the driver's door or if the unlock button on the fob is held. Then all window roll up when the key is held in the lock...
I think this is officially dead. No updates and no end in site... And he's basically ignoring us now...
