I tried to get one myself, if you really want one have a fabricator emulate it. Just get the dimensions of the bumper mounts and have him make it up for you. $$$$
I would check with mrgasket.com they have a radiator cap that has a thermometer mounted on top to get an accurate temp readout on your engine its simply a 20 dollar way to get an accurate readout of your 2F's water temp. Because if you have done all the things you do it sounds like its...
yeah dirty that flex fuel thing is rediculous and then the biodiesel thing doesnt work now because all the new diesel motors require i think low sulfur diesl now the government is producing svo in south america which is intended to be used for fuel consumption and i havent really looked into it...
Hey i always see these badass icelandic rigs with these insane looking fender flares. I was just wanting to know if there was any way to get some of those other than molding my own out of fiberglass.
i recently had to make a decision like that so i sold my tiburon. Now im going around with an overheating 60. But im about to install a new radiator, water pump, fan clutch, and a new suspension. Thanks to some newly aquired funds from the tibi and a settlement from a bad car accident i was...
i run bfg ats on my stock suspension. Fixin to upgrade suspension and im gonna go with a bigger tire but a different one, because it seems like they just get really clogged
Yeah Im looking at the radiator from carradiator.com i read in a different post they perform better than stock and they run $235 which doesnt sound bad at all. Your right though its gotta be the rado the fan and thermostat are obviously working if they can make it around town without a problem...
Iv had the rado cleaned by a toyota and volvo specialist in Addison, TX so im assuming he got all the air out. I know the Mechanic hes been specializing in volvos and toyotas for over two decades. But i guess something like getting all the air out could be a pretty careless mistake so ill have...
No when the problem occurs i nurse it the best i can with the heater and then i will overrun the engine. never had an overflow. Once or twice i have looked down and its been in the red. I already replaced the thermostat but the one i replaced it with could be a lemon so im going to replace it...
yeah only place i can find a fan clutch is ccot which is kina convinient because its only a 20 minute drive from my house ill see if i can get them to install one.
Yeah i got the air out of the radiator. But i didnt realize you could get a cap with a temp read, because the gage is definitely something i suspect could be the issue. But what do you think the chances are of a bad waterpump being the source of my frustration?
