Putting the Metal-tech on my 2021 HE now. Same holes but only 3 per side are threaded. This means lots of rivnuts and pretty difficult. Start with extra rivnuts and drill bits. Once done the look great! As always, very high quality. Doing the install at home with my son.
Truck looks great! I just got a 2021 Heritage edition as well. 4.30 and 35s are perfect. The 16+ (us models) have the 8-speed which doesn't have is tall of an overdrive as the prior six-speed. For this reason you don't need to go to 4.88

Your factory gearing is 4.10. with 315's 4.88 is most ideal. Some go lower (5.29) if the truck is really heavy or not a ton of highway. With 4.10 and 315's the RPM's will be low enough that OD is no longer useful and MPG, drivability and off the line performance suffer quite a bit.
