I had the same leak on my LX. If your wheel bearing service is up to date, you can just disconnect the upper ball joint and bracket that connects to the tie rod, and pull out the cv to access the seal.
Wheels are in good physical shape, finish is fading on all 4, center caps included.
2 tires have ~50%

1 tire has a plug, all have some dry rot in the tread pattern, doesn't effect them, no air loss, no issues.

Bora. Great quality and customer service. They even call to make sure of the correct make and model. They are cheaper than slee. Only downside is about a month turn around because each set are made to order. I have been running them for months with no issues.
