I tried fixing with regular J&B Weld. It held for a few month but ultimately failed. I ended up replacing the radiator myself with OEM. I recommend using J&B Weld only to keep you running until you can replace the radiator.
Seems like an intermittent issue for my LC. I clear the codes and am usually good for a couple of years. The dealer cost to repair is silly so I looked at getting the parts myself or going with an aftermarket fix. Have not done anything yet.
Replaced myself with OEM radiator. Managed to not lose much transmission fluid, so didn't add any. Not a hard job, just be patient. Took a few hours at a slow and easy pace.
