Amazing shots from both of you! but HOLY CRAP! That shot of Tom and Chad high-lining that giant berm is the stuff of legends! that thing was enormous and you guys were at the very edge of the rim. Unreal. Can't wait for next time :)
well, as you know there are official 406 cruiser flags.. somewhere.. with someone. But whether or not we can use them is probably another story. not sure who to contact about that
Yes, with enough ambition you can make Happen haha. You will however have to circle back and get it at the end of the day since we start and end at different points. Not too bad of a backtrack though
I'm down for either weekend, but i think we should land on something soon1 i'm ready to bomb through the desert like it's the Dakar rally!.. which, by the way, the Montero has one more than any other car model.... in history! :)
I have 1 of your traction boards. Me and a buddy made it all the way through the next day. Your recovery board was a very very small part of that and it shows haha.
Thanks for taking pics everyone. It was a great trail ride. I'm thinking this would be a fun night wheeling route as well. it's close to town and easy enough. It would give us all a chance to use our fancy lights haha. maybe i'll plan that out for later in the season
Here's the plan for Saturday, Meet at the Whitehall town pump (right off the interstate) at 10am, get fueled up and head out to meet the other guys on the trail.
I think it would be easiest if everyone just made their way to white hall on their own, it's not much of a drive (less than 1 hour)...
I will be leaving from bozeman and taking the slow, scenic, non highway route haha. Probably leaving just before 8:30am and meeting up with another guy in Manhattan
