I'm trying to find a perfect white front cover, painted from the factory. I don't think I can order it from Toyota painted. Anyone have an idea where I can find it? I'd prefer factory paint for the match. I'm hoping someone who took their new one off to put an aftermarket bumper on would...
Thank you, all for this discussion. This is exactly what I'd hoped would result from my post. It really helps to get all your views and the procedure for loading once the battery is reconnected is something I didn't know. Thanks again, great forum for guys like me.
Sorry that I'm in an old thread, but I wanted to clarify the comment made by 'ibbest'. You were able to disconnect the airbag connection and replace it with the resistor fix while the battery was still connected? I'm thinking of doing the second row removal but was concerned about...
I'd like to remove the second row seats from a 2019 LC. After reading the owner's manual regarding the possible unlearning of the key fob if you remove the battery cable, I wondered whether you could simply remove a fuse or fuses to the second row seat airbags and wait, then take out the seats...
Thank you, all for the responses. I was looking for a 5.7 TRD exhaust. I had experience with the Tundra TRD part and liked how easily it installed and how finished it looked. Thanks again.
I apologize if this has been discussed but I found a TRD part number (MS153-60004) for a High Response Muffler for the series 200 Land Cruiser. I see a .JP extension on the TRD website. Is anyone aware of a seller that might send to the US? Is it worth doing? Thank you.
The dealer has really stepped up, and I'm grateful. They are refunding my full price, allowing me to use that value towards a different Toyota. As a result, I have the Toyota mat from Australia, still in the unopened shipping box, for those who have removed the rear seat. I'll give it to...
I received a call from the dealer last night. They confirmed that the oil pan had a pinhole in it from the factory. They now are going to remove the engine to replace the pan. To Sandroad's question, this was based on pulling the transmission and using a dye.
The dealer confirmed a rear main seal oil leak. The truck has been in the shop for 3 days so far while they pull the transmission to determine the fix. The dealer has been sympathetic and provided a loaner. I can't help but be concerned about this going forward. Thank you.
I bought a new 2018 Landcruiser. It had no test miles at all. When I got it home I noticed a drip at the very bottom of the bell housing, right where a notch is, where the transmission bolts to the engine. I cleaned it up, checked a couple of days later, and there was more oil hanging from...
