    1" electrical knockout plug and an O ring does the trick. Bend the prongs out a little for a tight fit.

    FJ40 Easiest Way To Do Door Gaskets

    Tiny clamps, one section at a time. Start in the upright position and do top of doors, then lay flat to do bottom in the same manner. Lay generous line of adhesive. Helps to lay gaskets out overnight on the door with a heater on the night before.

    FJ 40 Driver Side Door Rework

    Had rust on bottom of door so cleaned it up, hit it with self etching primer, then Bondo and then thought to myself...opening and slamming all the time will probably make Bondo crack and fall out so painted over it w/ Herculiner which hopefully will hold it all together. Any thoughts?

    FJ 40 MPR Hardtop front intake vent upgrade/replacement.

    Couldn't find replacement vents for top so with very minor cutting using multi tool, installed these. Only had to cut 1/8" off top and bottom of hole opening.

    Anybody have any info on this. It says made for fj40 that "has" factory ps. I've heard since I have a manual steering gear box, I'll need to shorten steering wheel shaft to fit this. Any information appreciated.
