I purchased accumulators from jdp-planet.com directly from the website. They also have a eBay storefront. They are legit. Others have ordered it from them with positive experience. Also impex japan and have legit parts. I ordered and received parts from them as well.
I changed battery and headlamp. Received the system initializing.
Stop the vehicle, and turn the steering wheel as far as it will go to the left and right.
Fixed the issue.
Thanks @lenuxgod for posting.
I have ordered light weight items from impex on February 26. It is back ordered. My items are light weight. Heater t and hoses.
I would file a claim with fed ex and credit card company as well. Hopefully impex and/or fed ex will step up.
It is on sale on cars and bids. Under carriage is pretty rusty from a southerner’s perspective. Some will think it is just surface rust. The 13k that was spent on preventative maintenance is just radiator, water pump, transmission fluid exchange, brake fluid, power steering, differential...
@Trollhole timely post since part sale is almost over. I have a 13 with 160k miles. Do you recommend replacing the inlet 87209-60c01 and outlet 87209-60c12 with heater tee 87248-08030. I think hoses come with clamps.

Cheapest on the web. Shipping was overnighted to me. Reasonable shipping charges.
FYI. Pennzoil has a nice rebate going on.
Thanks to @04UZJ100 a few years ago. I started using 5w-30 at 100k miles. I am currently at 159k. I have been using mobile 1 ep or valvoline ep. I have mine changed at 6k with oem filter. No rattles yet.
