   KZJ78 Heater Core Replacement

   Thanks for reply! Any tips? Did you start with dash (top) or work from the bottom up? Good news with A/C system then. I’m assuming heater assembly separates from A/C assembly pretty easily? All I have is parts diagrams, no manual.

   Hey folks, busted heater core last week and looking for any info on replacement. Bypass is good for now but heading to colder weather soon enough. Anyone find any threads on replacement? Hoping for a tip, but expecting it to be a case of beer type of job. Any chance to avoid A/C cooler...
