What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

Hopefully won’t need to, but that’s part of the testing! The spindle is mounted through a 2x4 3/16th tube which is gusseted in the rear and bottom. It’s welded top, bottom, and vertically on the inside of the tube before the end was plated shut. Frame mount is 1/4” using a grade 12 1/2” bolt...

What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

Buddy of mine helped build it, 1 off right now as we work out how it performs at Moab. Frame mounts were all table cut though so could be replicated. We’re using the E3 latch, and a stinger design because I was worried about a regular tire plate carrier flexing too much with the 37. The swing...

I'll toss them in there, rather have somebody put them to good use than just take up wasted space in my garage!

Hidden swing out frame mount. 1/4” plate and 3/16 wall tube.

    Cruise Moab roll call

I’m bringing a trailer with me because I don’t want to go deaf riding 37s from Florida, so I’ve got space. Just swapped from ARB skids to budbuilt ones - if anybody wants/knows someone who could use the ARBs, I’ll bring them and they’re yours for a case of PBR.

Yeah you definitely feel the difference of the AHC modes when the swaybar is gone!

What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

Took a page from @Atwalz book and installed the Rago Fabrication washer bottle (pulled mine for 37s). We have a bracket between the radiator core support and the bumper support that is bolted in. Removed it, drilled 2 holes, and use a bit of 1/8th aluminum plate to space it away from the...

No issues with a 1" body lift.

Yup. Fat Amy gets a body lift.

As I was fiddling around after replacing alternator/valley-plate, I did notice there's some decent tension on the power steering lines to the reservoir. No problems yet, but it's on my list of things to attempt to address. Might be as simple as shifting the mount inwards (my air pumps are...

    Rock Warrior Wheel Ring...

Yeah I’m biased as I run this ring and this ring on all my beadlocks, but I like the look and it drains great

    Rock Warrior Wheel Ring...

Any way to open the ring up with drain holes on the front? Those little hidden slits don’t really do all that much, but larger visible openings might look cool

2008-2018 Radiator Failure and Public Service Announcement

100% it makes the job so much easier if radiator is out. If you’re already in there and even remotely concerned I’d do it at the same time.

Yup. Fat Amy gets a body lift.

Do you have sliders? That adds significant time since you need the pinch weld to jack from. Overall it’s an easy 2 hour job. Hardest part is removing the interior carpet to reach the center bolt mounting the body to the frame. You don’t have to loosen the steering or brake lines. Radiator/fan...

Kind of "Mystery" Coolant leak back of engine (heat exchanger valley leak)

Just did this crap job - id absolutely recommend reinstalling the coolant pipe before reinstalling the plate cover. Generous coolant around the o-rings and it goes in quite nicely.
