    I replaced my front outside window molding on my 97 LC and managed to keep from breaking four of the clips that hold it on. I know they’re expensive so I saved them. If anybody can use them I’d be glad to mail them to you for the cost of postage.

    Center diff switch question

    To close on this. I installed the used switch and it did not work. Diff lock was constantly engaged. I bought a new switch and it was definitely push on push off. Returning used switch for refund. Thanks for the help.

    Tested it with a multi-meter, definitely momentary. The guy I bought it from claims it worked. I hate to waste my time taking the dash apart to prove him wrong. I don't see the part number on the switch and can't figure out how get it apart. I wonder if it is the wrong part or if it is...

    I think my switch is bad then. It doesn't have the same feel as the hazard switch and doesn't stay depressed like the hazard does.

    I hate to ask without more research but I bought a used center diff switch on eBay for my 1997 cruiser and due to scheduled surgery won't be able to install it until after my return period is over. The switch is supposedly out of a a 96 LX 450. I expected it to be push-on/push-off type but...
