    I have a BJ60 and i'm having problems with the brake vaccuum assist. I have renewed all the parts but after driving for 4 or 5 hours straight. The brake assist seems to stop. Any ideas of what this might be? I stop but things are not operating like normal.

    Can you replace the brushes? I just had the same problem here in Indonesia and I got new brushes and swapped them out and everything is good now. Very Easy and cheap.

    I am actually just trying to get more brightness. My lights are so dark now sometimes you don't know they are on. I was hoping by going to H4 lights it would be brighter. I have fog lights but is still not that bright. As it is very dark at night in the jungle.:)

    HJ60 not starting (random)

    I have a bj60 and i am having the same problem but mine is a manual. If i let it go through the glow plug warm up it starts right up but if I straight away start it (after being used allday) it won't start. it is random also. Any thoughts ? Let me know what you find and i will do the same
