Last time we took one out in the desert it came back in three pieces and had to towed to town. The dunes ripped of the front and rear bumper covers and destroyed the radiator and cooling fan. Plus you will be driving a minivan!
I have the Saudi version of the 4.6L LC200. They are popular here due to better fuel mileage (range) and they come with a locking rear diff. They are great quality but built for desert use. They have cloth interior, fewer air bags, less of the nice trim, a basic bolt on rear DVD.

I'm isn't as bad as you would think. Not much stiffer than the 2013 TRD Tundra I had in the states. Definitely fun to blast over big speed bumps knowing there is no way you will bottom out.
