Seems like the 95+ part numbers are about the same $150 price as Wompom indicated.
Front brake caliper clarification - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/front-brake-caliper-clarification.1229430/ Here suggests you should be able to use them on your 94. I can't confirm but am looking to do the...
Oh interesting, did they say they were different? I thought it was only the finish but now it looks like the don't even offer that. Yeah, any changes I'd make I'd be doing myself. Just checked out your build thread, nice work man, gotta love a 94. I'll keep an eye out for it.
Nice work! How are yours fitment wise? I got mine about a year ago but they were technically the OPOR and still get a little bummed every time I look at them. They sit too low and far away, I'm thinking of trying to cut them in and maybe take out some of the angle for more of a step while in there.
For me I thought I had done the research, the concensus seemed to be that the reman napas were one of those rare parts that the cost vs quality seemed to make it worth going away from oem. That just isn't the case any more, and I'm happy to help get the word out so others don't do the same as...
You're telling me, mistakes were made but the winch got us out. It wasn't as deep as this would suggest.
I went with this, it was the 200 x 120 x 75mm one. I don't know if it'll hold up to the engine bay heat but I attached the solenoid directly to the bracket with the back of the box...
You are right, the control box was way too bulky and for my hidden winch project it wasn't going to work. I was in the middle of it when I read this post but finally wrapped it up last weekend. For the pair of connectors there is a small tab that releases the detent on one the spade connectors...
Yeah exactly, they are going to be used to load kids into seats 98% of the time, but I smashed the stock running boards at Elbe orv park and the family needed replacements. They do seem to be very strong.
*Sorry no, not ordered long, they just have the one design. I'd describe them as a step...
@nigelsiam @Fj80oregon Hate to pile it on but I'll share mine as well, purchased November of last year, because I wish I had read these comments before I pulled the trigger. Like @SNLC said, pretty disappointed at this point after spending the money on them and thinking I was paying once to get...
I'll add my experience, I purchased napa remans around 10/2018 after reading positive threads on them and I agree that the quality is not there anymore. My issue was with a leaking bleeder valve that I probably over tightened it to get it to seal. I don't know if it was paint or something in...
I extended all 11 but found that black was actually not connected to the pcb in the blue box. I went with some Ethernet cable strands for my extensions and had to double up on some colors but this is a pretty permanent installation anyway so I'm not concerned about having 2 of one wire colors in...
So I cut into my TOYOCOM, the successor to the OB1READ, and it's 11 wires bundled with a foil shielding. I still plan on extending it and placing it into the cabin to try and keep alive longer, I just don't see it lasting long in the engine bay. My serial number was SN0231 and so far it's...
@Desert Dino So just 4 wires in that cable? I definitely want to attempt this as well, is that the ob1read scanner that you have and do you think my toyoscan also has just 4 wires?
I'd second this suggestion. I was having very similar low idle issues like you described and after a good cleaning of my IAC it seemed to correct it. It's pretty easy to get to and cleaning it costs you next to nothing.

That thread talks about how tight...
Do you happen to have a link to the USB/AUX extension you used and do you think it's pretty decent quality? I only ask because I ended up with one where the usb port is already loose only after a couple of months. I like the 3d printed cover, it makes a huge difference compared to just throwing...
I feel you, I guessed the truck thought the key was still in the ignition. I was 10 tabs deep into sticky/broken ignition threads before I found one about an open sunroof alarm. Just glad I found it and tried before I made a move.
Double check all your windows and sunroof are completely closed. My sun roof wasn't completely closed even though it looked like it and it will make the beep as a warning.
Edit: It's just a sunroof alarm afaik, nothing to do with windows.
