I'm sorry to all of you that have posted and I haven't responded. A family emergency has kept me from parting out the Cruiser. I hope to have a detailed list of available parts up by next week. I still have the transmission if someone is interested in picking it up in east San Diego. Lakeside, Ca
I have a 1995 80 that I purchased a year ago to fix up two 94' 80's. I no longer need it and could use the space and money. I may start parting it out as I need money for another project.
What's not there

Hey guys I'm in need of a used engine for my 1994 Land Cruiser. My truck has a undetermined knock and I need a replacement while I tear down and rebuild the original engine.
Thanks ,
Travis
I was thinking about doing that. The Crankpin Journal is in good shape, there is no scaring on it what so ever. It certainly would be a lot cheaper haha. The lowest quote I got was $3200 for a rebuilt long block. The plus of having a fresh motor is reliability. I really wish I had the cash for a...
Thanks for the input. I ended up getting it off by sticking a flat head screwdriver between the pan and block on the rear passenger side of the pan. There is a lip on both the block and pan to get some leverage. This was after repeatedly knocking the pan with a 2x4 through the passenger side...
Yeah I got the bolts under the first pan. I will try the fj40 trick. I think if I can get a bottle jack between the frame rail and pan, that might do the trick. Thanks.
Hey guys, do you have any advice for removing the upper oil pan on the 1FZ-FE engine, while still in the vehicle? I have all the bolts out a can't get the pan to separate from the block. I can't even get a razor blade between them! The engine has a knock and there is non-ferrous metal in the oil...
It depends on the pull ratio of the grip shifter to the derailleur "For every click of the grip shifter how much the rear derailleur travels" . Sram has a different pull ratio to shimano. Shimano grip shifter to Shimano derailleur should work but it has to be the same "speed" 8-speed shifter to...
Yeah I know right. I'll let you know, I may just fork out the cash to get my motor rebuilt. I think there is only a few differences between the 94' Obdi and 95' Obdii motor. The crank sensor which i can leave unplugged and the oil pan, not sure if anything else needs to be swapped.
