Added the KAON side panels for the rear. While I wasn’t terribly pumped about drilling a hole into the trim pane….the truck is pretty much moded to all ends…if someone cares about that hole, they probably don’t like the rest of what’s going on with the truck.
Interesting. He doesn’t say it out loud but he definitely implies that the “Lift Rods”, which I can only surmise are Johnson Lift Rods, are the culprit—likely they invalidated his “warranty“ and that’s why LR took his wallet to the cleaners. More so, he didn’t do the folks at Mainline Overland...
I Installed a Blackvue Camera system (front and rear) that allows me to view my camera feeds on my iPhone while driving down the road. I have my phone mounted via a Ram Mount on the left side of the steering wheel. While there’s about a .5 second lag in the network feed, it suffices for most...
I’ve had the exact same issue for the last 2.5-3 years with my truck. Every time I park it facing downhill (towards the street from my garage), I get water build up on the passenger side rubber mat. I’ve complained to the dealership multiple times and they repeatedly tell me, you swapped the...
Go to your truck, reach in and look at the center of the second row. You will see a lever at the base of the middle section of the 2nd row—where the arm rest/cup holder folds down. If you pull up on that lever, the middle section will release and come forward.
Why don’t you just put the middle section of the 2nd Row down? It creates a semi Captain Chair environment. The middle row actually is a 40/40/20 split.
Hope all is well. I haven’t had a chance to post up lately on Mud. Couple updates on the truck.
This past summer, I decided to scrap the ICON Shocks and moved to Dobinson’s MMR shocks on all four corners. What an amazing change to the vehicle’s dynamics. The ride is insanely better with the...
Went down to South Carolina for some hog hunting and we needed to drive through a flooded area along the Pee Dee River. It was absolutely bananas. There were at least two or three situations where The water hit about 36-38” of depth.
For #2. I just put the 2nd Row Center Seat down when I don’t have the kids back there (85% of the time I drive it). There’s a little lever in at the base of the middle seat that allows you to fold it down. The rear facing visibility is outstanding when I have it down.
