    Vac transfer case module, oil?

    Should there be oil in the vac transfer case module assembly? In the FSM there is no mention of it and other that the ‘breather’ port, I don’t see a fill location. I see a felt dust seal but I can’t find mention of it being filled with oil. Hooter

    3 speed reverse/first gear dilema

    Rebuilding the 3 speed and I have a spare tranny. After disassembly, first reverse (unsynchronized ;-)) gear in both is kinda boogered up. Should I run the ‘left’ gear or the ‘right’ gear? Or neither? Thanks! hOOter
