I have a chance to pick up a 94 Previa Alltrack (Supercharged even) van in trade for some work for a freind. It's old folks owned and has 75k on the clock. I saw a similar era Yota van that was set up as an overland/camper type thing. It had what looked to be at least 2-3inches of suspension...
Saw it on the 406 Motors lot in Kalispell, Mt. I can't get the link to work, but it comes up if you search 406 Motors Kalispell, MT(maybe someone could assist). I checked it out and spoke with the lot owner (they only handle nicer vehicles, and they are a good outfit with a good reputation)...
^^^ this. 33-34x12.5s with 3" lift is ideal. No need to re-gear unless you tow a lot. Even with stock wheels 33s should still clear without rubbing. But if you're lifting and adding bigger shoes, new wheels are a must anyway ;)
Talked to a guy plowing with an 08 TRD a couple days ago( i asked because my front bumper makes my front end sit a bit low) The plow was a big Boss, but I don't know what model. He said he put a set of OME heavy springs on it at the same time he got the plow, and has been very pleased over the...
Check out the Ute Flatbeds site. They make great stuff and the site has a photo gallery. I'd have one on my DC by now, but oddly, I'm not trashing the factory bed on this one as fast as usual
Need a little help. I'm getting nothing but crickets on the Tundra page, so I thought I'd try here hoping that folks might be using Tundras to pull trail rigs etc. My 2011 Tundra TRD has heavy-ish custom bumpers and is in need of at least a leveling kit or a slight lift (especially in the...
Not sure if you meant double cab or the full Crewmax. But the rear doors on my 11' double cab open to just shy of 90 degrees, about 80-85 I'd guess. I doubt you'd have any trouble fitting it in the crewmax as the rear doors are a true full size door, but I can't recall just how far they open
A family of four fills up a Taco way too fast, even on a short camping trip. Wife and I plus growing kids (10 and 13yrs old) forced a trade from the Taco to my current 2011 Tundra DBL Cab. Wish I'd have done it the day my oldest was born. My only complaints are the smallish fuel tank and the...
