Yes, the flaps had to come off. I heated and pushed the inner liner back in front as well.
Finally had a chance to take it out on a hunting trip recently. Amazing ride. Can't believe how well it handled the ruts and rocks!

I picked up a used brake booster from a salvage yard. I believe the 2000 LC it came from had 125K on it. Unfortunately was not a fit for my 1999 LX470. I paid $435 for it which is what I'll sell it for if anyone needs it.
Pretty exciting day...finally received all the parts for the lift (only took 4 months!) and now it's all installed. I'm extremely happy with the on-road feel so far and can't wait to take it out on a trail. Significantly better ride than stock!
