    California 1994 1FZ-FE Failed Smog - IDLE - High HC

    Custom built rear bumper - installing brake lights

    PHH lower tube bolt

    I'm starting the PHH bypass process but I can't seem to figure out where the bottom bolt is for the tube. I don't want to mess up the AC line that's close by, so I would rather not tear it off if I can unbolt it. Anybody have an idea of exactly where it is, how far up the tube it is? Thank you
