It's odd to me that the spring manufacturers don't include that info. Hundreds of people are getting SJ 4" lifts, yet it seems like everyone has to guess or do a ton of research to get it right.
So it seems that with a 4" lift and 33s, you need the following:

It's time to replace my water pump on my stock 1978 FJ40. Toyota doesn't make the part anymore. Among the many places that have the part, I can get it from a Toyota parts warehouse for $80, from Man-a-fre for $99, or from Cruiserparts.net for $25.
Several say the part is OEM, but does that...
I used Reflectix-available in most lumber stores. It costs about $40, and there was enough for 2 cruisers. I adhered it with small amounts of weatherstrip adhesive and lined the floor and doors with it. I'll do the firewall and hood next. And I'm thinking about putting it under a new...
So, is BDS or Safari(Manafre) considered better than Skyjacker? I definitely would pay more if I knew one was a more cush ride, but OME is simply not worth the $$ to me.
Reflectix is a foil covered, bubble wrap kind of insulation that many people use in cars to quiet them down. It's sold at most hardware stores and is about a $1/sq ft. I am just lining my 40's doors with it now.
I have a stock '78 FJ40 and am on the road most of the time. 60 mph is not bad but it is very loud and wanders a bit. I don't have a tach, but at 65, you can't hear the stereo anymore and pretty much have to yell. These definitely aren't highway machines. We call it a street legal tractor.
You should write this up for the Tech section, or maybe collaborate. Full-floating rear axle, disc brakes and a cable locker at the same time -sounds like the ticket for my 40. Is your cable hooked to a shifter or a pull knob?
