Lubbock Lexus dealer. Taking deposits. MSRP plus $4500 for their window tinting blah blah blah package.
So it looks like early adopters will be a several $ thousand surcharge. Pretty typical. Better than the $30K surcharge the LX was commanding for a while.
I live in a city along I-40, and I saw what appeared to be a truck load of these heading west on Christmas eve. Did I see something other than what I thought I saw?
So last night was the first night I've had people in the back seat. My wife is 5' tall, and had to ask me to scoot my seat up so she would have adequate leg room. I am 6'4, so I need all of the legroom that the vehicle provides. We never had that issue in my 2010 LC or earlier LXs. So I went...
I’ve got a green 600. Just got it and ran it through the wash. Seems like hand washing poses equal or greater damage to the finish as a consistent-pressure, soft foam turning brush. No?
Literally drove my 2019 570, six hours, to trade for a 2022 600. Both Luxury trims.
I had great sorrow parting with my 570 until about 15 minutes into driving the 600 back home. While the two models share the same basic shape, the 600 is a complete redesign otherwise, and you quickly notice...
So I'm considering a 2022 Luxury, Nori Green, @ $102K. 14000 miles. Or a I can pay $2K more and get a brand new 2023 Premium. It appears that the only differences are the 22 inch wheels on the luxury, and a "premium" audio system.
They don't have Nori Green either. I'd have to take another...
$32.000. This is my personal vehicle. I have kept it in tip top shape inside and out. There is no rust. The USB port isn't working. No accidents. I have a small chip in the windshield but I have had it treated to avoid spreading. I believe this to be the only 2010 Amazon Green that was...
I have been considering which of these to buy. There are a number of youtube videos out there that suggest the Sequoia is a "bargain basement" version of the LX 600, that the two are remarkably similar, yet there are still enough differences to have a 20 minute video. Yet from what I have...
I like the looks of the new model. But I am gun shy about the turbo charge deal. I have always heard that turbo charge engines do not last nearly as long. I have a 2010 LC with 160K on the clock that I can travel across the country with. Will a turbo charge Sequoia last as long?
So I had a door resprayed and it turned out great. But when I got home, I noticed that one of my headlights is now fogged on the inside. I’m wondering what could have caused this at the body shop. More importantly, is there a fix for this other than a new light? Thanks for the help !!
My son and some friends took my 2010 LC on a ski trip, and one of his friends got the bright idea to plug a small cooking device into the lighter. That didn’t end well. The lighter went dead as did the front USB port.
I had a shop check the fuses and they all are reportedly ok. Any ideas on...
I have a 2010 with 151K miles that I am having paint correction on right now. I wanted to remove the after market fender flares, and when the fellow did so, he found that paint had been etched by the flares all the way to bare metal.
Well the temporary solution is just put the flares back on...
So I have a 2010 Amazon Green LC that still runs like a champ. 141K miles. However, it would be really cool to get some modern creature comforts: Ventilated seats, Apple Car Play, radar cruise control.
Are any of these things available and/or recommended for an older 200 LC?
The blue tooth on my phone is always hit or miss in my 2010 LC. One time, it might actually work, and i can talk on the phone via bluetooth. Next time, nope. Totally random. The screen is showing that it is working yet I can't hear anything.
Music? I haven't had blue tooth music for months...
So I have never owned a car long enough to worry about front suspensions, but...I have 2010 LC with 133K miles. It seems to be just a little more bouncy than it used to be on the front end, although it could purely be my imagination. Is there a point in time that the average LC needs to...
My main beef with my 2010 is I wish the seats were more comfy and with ventilation. I’ve thought about treating myself to an upgrade.
My sons 4Runner has katskin leather seats with heat that are glorious, yet it appears as though katskin doesn’t make anything for LCs. Have any of you older LC...
It’s interesting that Toyota has apparently gone full circle on lower door trim pieces: In the 08-10-ish editions, there was no extra trim attached to the doors. Then Toyota added some simple chrome-look detail pieces. Then they went to a plastic, body-colored adornment with a piece of...
A couple of years ago, I was on here singing the praises of the RRS and it’s quality. I was inferring that in many respects it was on par or superior to a LC.
That was at the beginning of the lease. The last year of the lease, the third year, the thing started giving problems. Silly things...
