Hello all,
Me and my buddy cheyenne trucker, have been planning this trip for about 20 years. We have both been building, changing, fixing and driving our fj40's all this time. Cheyenne Trucker has a 69 fj40 and mine is a 63. Both our rigs are ready, but we decided that with the cost of fuel and...
I'll see if I can find them, I've moved 5 times since then.
I'm sure Mesquite has changed alot in 15 years. Just like everywhere. The place i was referring to is were the GGG was on the last two years that the event was held. There must be a bunch of places that it was held over all those years

I think that if you spent as much time fixing your old harness as you would installing a new one, you would save money. Although your the only one that can see just whats wrong with your existing electrical system. I refurbished my harnesses, but I had to remove my harness, lay it out and tack...

I get needing more leg room. I don't recall seeing any one change there pedals out. I think I would do some tricks to your seat to gain more room. The pedals might be a real can of worms with the end result not being much better. I think I gained close to 3" by modifying my seat mount
It all depends on a possible job. It was one of those that he couldn't say no to.
He also needs some funds for that new transplant he's been considering for his 40
