    06/07 Air Induction Pump Failure & Bypass

    I had the same code pop up on my 08 GX two days after purchase and I was quoted a similar price to fix the problem. I also called Hewittech and purchased a bypass kit and was a strait forward install and solved the problem at a 1/4 th the cost. Very happy this was an option.

    Hyper sensitive traction control??

    No I knew this was not normal since my first GX had no such issue. The traction control only came on when I was slipping tires at higher speeds or leaning the SUV too hard in turns. My newer GX now beeps and shakes on the most mundane gentle turns and is very annoying.

    I went thru several keys between me and my wife’s RX. I ended up getting the solid Lexus key with the yota md colored fob holder. On the key chain. That is a good idea too. Noticed the dealer in Charlotte offered a unbreakable version of the factory key also.
