Great information Thank you Very much for that write up. I will definitely use that procedure next time. I have not run the engine since doing the exchange since i am doing the alternator and radiator at the same time and have to wait for the alternator to arrive today.
Thanks again for your...
I agree. If were to do it again i would just let it run till it was all pumped out and refill with new. I have already dropped the pan and replaced the mesh filter. although it really didn't need to be replaced.
I've a few videos on youtube showing how i set up my system using the factory amp at first. then i decided to go with an all new setup with new amp under passenger seat using the existing mounts. Hope this helps some people.
I have a video on how to replace this antenna mast as well as remove the old nylon cord that broke of in the assembly. see link bellow. Hope this helps some of you folks. In the description i added the amazon link i used to get my antenna that looks exactly the same as the OEM one i have a 98 LX470.

Thank you. Not my best work but I'll get better. planing on doing more videos on pretty much everything on the car. Let me know if there is anything else that you would like to see.
Hi everyone. I have done a comprehensive video on removing the AHC system and a step by stem replacement with OEM Land Cruiser springs and torsion bars as well as Bilstein shocks. I spend alot of time on the video and there is some really good information in there and what I did. hope it helps...
PLROD is absolutely correct about the OEM shocks being the best bang for your buck. However. if you are converting from AHC you will need the round washers that hold the bushings on at the top of each shock and toyota sells them for $12 each. I did all the research I could to find them cheaper...
